A commission sales agents agreements is contract entered between two parties. The first party is the legal entity or person possessing the goods or services they want to sell and the second party which is agent will market and sell the goods or services in return first party promises to pay the second party certain amount of money. Payment of such money in exchange of services provided by the agent is known as the commission which second party will be entitled for each sale made. the commission sales agents agreement shall mention the amount of commission needs to be paid to Agents for each sale.
First party – AkalNet Pvt. Ltd. will be called “Company” in this agreement
Second party – Sales Agent will be called “Executive” in this agreement.
GOODS/SERVICES- Online registration at ServicesCorpo.com and uploading the business info.
- Executive ensures that he will not violate these ‘Terms & Conditions’ in any manner.
- Executive will ensure that he will not disclose the user details to any third party.
- The Company reserves the Right to Disable any Executive any time if found violating any ‘Terms & Conditions’
- The Commissions earned by an Executive in a Calendar month will be paid to him in the first week of next Calendar month. 2% Admin charges and 5%TDS will be deducted from his payout generated.
- If an Executive remains inactive for one month after the approval of his ID, his Executive ID can be deactivated any time without any notice.
- If an Executive works for sometime and after that goes inactive for regular 2 months, his ID will be deactivated without any notice.
- If in any case Executive ID is deactivated, he will never get any commissions from the Users referred by him, for the work done during the period of deactivation.
- If the ID of an Executive is assigned to an old Premium User, he will get the commissions according to the table given in the Working Conditions paragraph of the page - ‘How it Works’.
- The commissions of an Executive will go on Hold, If KYC is not approved.
- The Executive will be given the target to get a min number of Premium Users in a particular calendar month. At this time the Target is 10 new Premium registrations. It may be changed by the Company any time and will be notified to the Executives.
- The Executive is required to visit this page regularly and remain aware of the latest modifications.

If the Executive fails to complete the Target in a particular calendar month, his earned Commissions will go on hold. The Hold commissions will be released only on the completion of the Target in the next calendar month.
- The Commission %ages are the percentage of ‘The Business Volume’ (BV) of the Package. At present the BV is 70% of Package cost (excluding GST) e.g. if the price of a package is ₹.600/-, then the BV of this package is 420 and his first invoice commission will be ₹.105/-
