A passionate teacher, motivator and career counsellor who completed his PhD from BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY with a Gold Medal, served as a Scientist in ICAR, Government of India from 1996 to 2014. His vigorous efforts in the field of education ignited his heart to spread quality education among students who felt like a buried and forgotten lump of coal never destined to find its flame, and serve as flambeau for enlightening the youth eliminating all geographical barriers.
