Dr. Deka did his MBBS and MS (General Surgery) from Gauhati Medical College. He Completed his MCh program from prestigious Sree Chitra Thirunal Institue of Medical College Science and Technology (under Govt.of India Science and Technology) Thiruvanthanapuram Kerela in 2002. Dr.Deka joined Narayana Health Guwahati in August 2013 to open a new chapter in cardiac Surgery in the North Eastern part of India.
